About the role
Xagoras Academy is building a library of high-quality recorded lessons and supporting learning materials for IGCSE and KSSM learners. We are looking for reliable subject teachers who can produce structured, reusable digital learning content according to an approved syllabus plan and weekly production schedule. - Produce recorded teaching lessons using Xagoras guidelines. - Prepare notes, worksheets, quizzes, answer schemes, and editable/source files. - Submit at least one complete topic package weekly, or the higher rate required by the approved production plan. - Use Xagoras-provided templates and AI-assisted production workspace responsibly. - Respond to reviewer feedback and complete required revisions. - Work remotely under a structured content-production agreement. - Live teaching (clinics, masterclasses, tuition) may be assigned separately.
What we're looking for
- Relevant academic qualifications or demonstrated subject expertise. - Strong knowledge of the applicable IGCSE and/or KSSM syllabus. - Ability to explain concepts clearly and record structured teaching videos. - Ability to create accurate learning materials. - Basic digital competency and willingness to use Xagoras-controlled AI workspaces. - Reliable weekly production capacity and responsiveness to reviewer feedback. - Agreement to Xagoras confidentiality, content ownership, and production requirements.
